The Last Reflectiv

Guys, this is the last paragraph. Yeachh we analyzed persuasive paragraph and illustration paragraph. I think those are the hardest paragraphs. I thought long time to make it. I analyzed Yogi’s paragraphs. His paragraphs were good but I little didn’t understand about his illustrative paragraph. I also don’t understand how to differentiate between illustration paragraph and definition paragraph. Sometimes I feel hard to differentiate it. It looks same but I know it is different. I hope we can discuss it…

Short Reflective

This week, we only have one meeting because another meeting is holiday. It is Idul Adha Day. We analyzed argumentative paragraph. I analyzed Yuyun’s paragraph. It is a good paragraph. She argued about student brawl. Talking my paragraph, I have to study more and more. It is so many corrections in my paragraph. We still study right,,. Keep spirit. We have tasks; make an illustration and Persuasive paragraph. Next week, Writing is free…. So what will you do guys? Doing assignment..? ;D

Just Workshop

 This week, our activities were workshop only because all of student had presented.    On Wednesday we analyzed process analyzes, and I analyzed iswatin’s paragraph. It is a good paragraph. She explained about how to make strawberry juice. Strawberry juice can make our body be healthy. Next meeting, we analyzed definition paragraph and I got aris’ paragraph. He explained about carbohydrate and protein. I think it should be 2 paragraphs because it defined protein and carbohydrate. Actually, sometimes I am little bit confused about definition because it looks like illustration. This week was so interesting. New knowledge : D

More than 2 Meetings

3 time meetings in one week. Wow,,,!  Yeach the one meeting is make up class. First meeting was on Monday morning. We analyzed cause and effect paragraph in Pascasarjana Building. I analyzed Nita’s paragraph. It’s a good and clearly paragraph. I like that paragraph. After analyzing it, question in my mind is if we write effect and we mention causes, is it call effect cause paragraph? Or still cause effect. Ha ha ha. On Wednesday is a second meeting. Some of our friends presented their paragraph. They were the last presenters. Even though there is a little debate, but we were happy. Moreover, on Friday’s meeting. We analyzed classification paragraph while eating. Okta gave snacks. Yummy.. Thanks Okta. I analyzed Ima’s paragraph.  She told about types of clothes. It’s a good paragraph. Actually we had four meetings but one was canceled, so we had 3 meetings. It is a busy week but we are happy right.. ;D

The next reflection

 On Wednesday we analyzed about comparison and contrast paragraph. I thought it was little bit hard because we have to compare something with another.  While we were analyzing, we also were eating and listening to music in order to we were relax. On Friday we presented. Some of students presented about paragraph except narrative, descriptive, and comparison and contrast paragraph. The first lesson‘s that we have to know, “don’t judge the paragraph by its cover”. We have to read all, so we can know what paragraph is. We learn about difference between topic and topic sentence. We have much knowledge from this week. Hopefully we can make it useful. ;) 

My presentation

The third reflection. On Wednesday, we discussed descriptive text.I analyzed descriptive made by Aida’Kajol’. Em..She described Hintrik R, one of actors from india. Her desription is so good. I like it. On Friday, it’s time to present. Some of ours present about any paragraph. On the middle discussion, I little confuse between explanation and definition. They  look like same. I also presented about process analysis. At the first I read, I thought it was classification but I reread again and I am sure it is process analysis. We have homework to make comparrison and contrast paragraph. Spirit guys in process learning. ;)

curious

 This is my second reflective blog. This week is so curious. I get new knowledge there. On Wednesday, I had made narrative text and Aini checked my narrative and gave comments. So did i. I also checked and gave comments Aini’s narrative. So I can learn about her text. On Friday, some of my friends presented about paragraph. There were some parts that make me curious. What is different between explanation and illustration?  In my mind, illustration explain about the event with explain and explanation only explain something. But is it true? On that day, there is misunderstanding between yogi and the student. I think from that moment we can’t cut or modify the paragraph because it will make confuse. So guys please help me to overcome   and we can discuss it. ;)

Reflection of Paragraph

 Assalamualaikum

                I have learned much knowledge about writing, especially paragraph. From last meeting, we discuss about paragraph. I earned descriptive, narrative, exposition, definition, classification, and others. The mostly I know from this week are:

·         Descriptive is to describe something so the readers can imagine it. (For a long time before, I know descriptive just describe something, only that).

·         Process analysis = procedure text.

·         There is comparison, contrast, classification, illustration. They are new paragraphs that I know.

·         I know how to differentiate between comparison and contrast.

·         Don’t just paragraph from its cover.

However, I don’t understand some of parts. There are:

ü  How we differentiate between descriptive and definitions?

ü  Sometimes in argument paragraph, I found persuasive sentences. What about it?

That’s all I have learned and I don’t understand yet. Maybe, there is some question later. Please help me about it and we discuss together. Hopefully we can understand about it. ;D
